David fully understood what we wanted in our house. He delivered as promised. We met several times during construction and he kept us updated on everything. We made a couple of very minor changes and he did not bat an eye and got it done. Well built. Insulation is amazing. House stays at constant temps even during extreme cold. We are very happy and satisfied and would not hesitate to buy another David Kerley home.

David and Josh took very great care to address all our needs for our home completion and post purchase follow up. Urgent matters were addressed urgently and less urgent matters were addressed with appropriate timing - you will not get ghosted out. David and Josh live in this area and when you see them around they speak and are friendly. They value their relationships and that also means a great deal to me!

I am happy to report David Kerley Construction built me a stellar and magnificent custom built home. First, my home is extremely energy efficient. My costs are reflective of the great insulating factors that keep my home at a very comfortable temperature all year long with the costs surprisingly lower than others I have spoken to built by competitors. Mr. Kerley has always responded immediately when I had questions about my home. He has personally come out to evaluate issues I have had needing handyman attention. He always gave me names of indivuals that indeed rectified the tasks at hand, by very professional and talented handiwork.
